International schools will be invoiced for payment by BACS or credit / debit card payment prior to fulfilment.

Existing Ingram Publisher Services’ International trade customers can order via NBNi’s Nielsen PubEasy site as long as you are already registered. If you need to register please contact Nielsen PubEasy directly to set up log-in details.

Payment by credit card
If you have an outstanding or prepaid invoice please call Customer Service on +44 (0) 1752 202301 – they will be happy to take your payment over the phone. They can also advise on payments by cheque or bank transfer. Please do not send credit or debit details via email. Card payments by email cannot be processed for data protection and security purposes.
